Standard Orders Processing/Production Time

Orders will be processed as soon as possible for all products. If you made a mistake and need to change your order please let us know as soon as possible and we can try to change your order before it is processed. If you need your order rushed please contact us by phone AND email AND note in your Order Comments to ensure we can do everything to meet your time deadline. 

  • Pre-Order/Add On Products

    • Currently, most of our gear is made to order (pre-order). Once your order is placed it will generally take 5-7 weeks for the gear to be delivered. However, due to the gear being made to order we can't guarantee a delivery date. There is a chance that gear could be delivered quicker or slower. Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions! 

    • This includes products such as selected motocross gear and  MTB apparel as well as Add On Options such as Jersey ID Kits and Logos. All products include information about production times in their descriptions.

Shipping

We ship via USPS so if you do not have a USPS approved address for shipping please contact us as soon as possible to change your shipping method. We can ship to a PO Box if you have one. USPS approved address is any address where you get letters/ mail.​

  • International Shipping : 

    • ​International shipping is available and we do accept international orders on our website. We are not responsible for any duty fees/ taxes/ or additional government fees required to delivery your package and most countries will require a duty/ tax/ government fee to be paid upon delivery depending on your country's laws and regulations.

      • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged after they arrive in your country and only domestic USA packages include insurance. ​

      • International insurance can be purchased for an additional fee if requested. Please contact us with any questions regarding international orders.

  • Transit Time

    • ​Depending on your location your order may arrive 1-10 business days after it is packaged and shipped by us if you are inside the USA. You will be provided a tracking number upon request. International orders can take much longer to arrive, as much as 3-6 months for some countries so if it smart to ask and see if you can get express options for international orders. 

    • We can not guarantee transit times or insure orders as this is the responsibility of our shipping vendors (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). We will do our best to insure your order is tracked and if there is an issue with your order we will attempt to find, redirect, replace, or put you in contact with the appropriate shipping vendor for your order. Ultimately when we ship your order and provide you (the customer) with the tracking number, upon request, we are no longer responsible for your order but we always do what we can to help you contact the appropriate vendor to claim your package/ shipment.

      • Packages are considered lost 30-90 days after it is scanned in at the departure post office.

Adding Logos to Products

​If you add a logo to your product please email us a copy of that logo file at 300 DPI, 10 inches wide with a transparent background. Any files smaller than that may suffer quality. If a logo is not provided we will do our best to find a quality logo through our existing common logo libraries or via online searches but we can not guarantee print quality for logos if they are not provided at the time of the order. If a logo is not provided and we can not find a quality replacement logo we will use a text font for the logo name.

  • NOTE: When you add a company name or logo to your design you (the customer) is fully responsible to have the rights to use that company's name and/ or logo on your design. We do not have rights to use any other company's logo or intellectual property. By requesting a logo to be placed on a custom product you are confirming that you have permission from that company to use their logo on your custom design.

Refunds/Exchanges

If you received a defective product please contact us. If your product doesn't fit and you need to exchange it please contact us for available options. We do NOT accept changes on personalized items. We accept returns for Store Credit if your return is approved. We do not offer refunds without a restocking fee or processing fee unless there is a defective product claim which we will determine on a case-to-case basis. We offer no refunds without a re-stocking fee/ processing fee. After your order has either printed or shipped then we offer no refunds for your order unless otherwise noted. Refund policy can vary from product to product so please ask if you have any questions.​

  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT RETURNS

    • ​Before returning any Merchandise you must obtain prior authorization from Zero Limits Designs. Please email us at zerolimitsdesigns@gmail.com to request authorize a return. Return policies vary by product, if you are unsure of your size or what you are getting please ask if it is eligible for a return and we will be happy to give you the specific return policy for the product you are interested in. 

      • We will NOT accept returns for custom products configured in error by you. Please review your product(s) carefully, and make sure you have entered correctly your sizes, name, and race number. You must cancel your order within 24 hours to receive a refund. 

      • ​We do NOT accept returns on customized products. This includes products will names, numbers, or logos added on.

      • The returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. You may not return any products after it has been decorated, modified with embroidery, or otherwise altered.

Payment Processing

Online orders require you to use a debit/ credit card or PayPal to place an order. Phone orders also require a credit/ debit card to place an order. We do NOT accept checks.

​

Color Matching

We can not guarantee that the colors shown on your monitor will match what is printed on the product. This is because monitors (computers, phones, etc) have different resolutions than a printed product and the colors may vary slightly.
